Let's start off with the duh-rama. Haha. In a few weeks, we're all gonna graduate. I dunno if I'm going to cry though. :)) But I'm surely gonna miss all my friends who have been part of my senior life. Call this early senior graduation drama, I don't care. Haha. The atmosphere just feels this way. Although we're all gonna graduate I still have lots of things to attend to. The second issue, the yearbook, the clearance, the grad ball, and my contest tomorrow. Yes, that still matters. Haha. I'm not gonna live the bum's life again. I've been working my lazy ass off like I never did before. Haha. I've had too much fun, it's time to get serious dude.

I don't know why I'm in this mood, it's probably that Buhay-Masci book whose four out of nine pages is full of my lovelife. HAHA =)) It revolves around one person and it's one long, amusing story for me :)) Things don't really end the way you expect them to. ;)

Benevolence. Pauling. Ptolemy. Newton. Badminton varsity <3
Let's end this effin' drama, there's more time for this maybe next week. Haha.

... Kailangan namin mag-update. Hindi ko alam kung anong gagawin ko. Wala naman akong maisip na isulat. Hindi na ganoon kahirap ung mga lessons namin ngayon kung ico-compare dati. At masyado na kaming obsess sa pag-aaral para sa exams. Kailan pa namin mag-search ng fallacies in math. Wala naman un sa book ko. Nakakatamad pa maghanap. ...

Wala na ako masulat. Basta alam ko, may update na ako. haha.

Discouraging moments.

  1. When I couldn't understand a single thing. Come to think about it. IA is hard. Do you expect me to understand things in an instant? My mind works in a different way when compared to the so-called 'geniuses.'
  2. When I get low grades. This isn't very surprising. Low grades in math are already familiar to me. They have been part of my life and I guess they'll always keep on killing my brain.

Yeah. Very discouraging. Math is very discouraging. I like geometry better. Really.

Yeah. Memorable. With the sound of the words INTERMEDIATE ALGEBRA, could anything be more desirable or memorable? I guess.

IA has been fun for me. The topics are not that interesting since I can't relate. There are a lot of memorable things in IA. Every single day of IA is memorable for me. A lot of fun things happen during IA and that's what I think makes it memorable.

I can't really say anything. IA is fun.

I've never really memorized or analyzed (or whatever term you'd like to call it) mathematical concepts, even the basics. And I'm prretty much amazed at the fact that our teacher is teaching us nonstop just for us to understand the lessons. You see, I've never been good at factoring. But there are some aspects where I sometimes get high scores or, that's what I think.

  • Laws of Exponents
  • Inequalities
  • Multiplying Polynomials

Those are what I've comprehended (at least there are!) in IA. I've never mastered them, but at least, I've done my best to learn these concepts.

Math is my waterloo. I love quadratic equations and hate the much more simpler stuff.

I've never been good at math and I guess, I never will be good at math.

My expectations: (for the subject)

  • To be good in math.
  • To know the significance of exponents in life.
  • I understand quadratic equations and can solve them but I can't solve simple equations and that's what I hope I can do.
  • To understand the lessons in a short span of time.
  • To be able to apply the basics of solving equations in my examinations.

I have not been able to achieve these expectations since June and I do hope that before the school year ends, I will be able to achieve at least one.

My expectations: (for the teacher)

  • To make the lesson more interesting by applying technological stuff to the subject such as computers and the like.
  • To give me high grades. (as if)
  • I expect our teacher to sound as if she's encouraging us, not scaring us.

My expectations: (for my classmates)

  • Less noise.
  • Less stubborn people.
  • More concerned people.
  • More seious people.
  • Classmates who share their knowledge to others.

I guess all of that pretty much sums all of my expectations. Like I've said, I've never been good at math and one day, I'll prove to the world that I can do math! LOL.

Hi. This is my journal for Intermediate Algebra. Here I will be posting my memorable experiences, discouraging moments and all of that stuff. I may hate math (my url says so) but that hatred mustn't affect my grades.
